Most bedding is designed backwards: a pattern first, then a room forced to live with it. Flutter went the other way.
Madeline LeBlanc draws each Making Madi design by hand at full size — pencil marks, brush texture, soft colour — before the image is photographed for print. What lands on the bed is still that drawing: slightly strange light, quiet tension, a scene you notice twice when you wake.
A quieter bedroom does not need more stuff. It needs one surface that holds the room. Start with the bed. Let the rest stay simple so the artwork can do the work.
